Right now, you might be asking yourself, "What makes this program an authority?" and "Why is this information better than anything else available today?"
These are great questions.
This entire program was derived from "in-the-trenches" experience. I produced this program out of sheer frustration. I have wasted countless hours interviewing potential employees who could not express their true value to me in their résumé or in their interview. Today, I still get very few résumés and interviewees that supercharge my interest and curiosity.
It might sound a little crazy but I get really excited when I see a résumé that tells me more than the name of the applicant and where they have worked. There are so few résumés that cross my desk that are of real quality. When I see one, it really stands out.
The truth is, I rarely find more than one in a hundred that I would consider a quality résumé or cover letter. Think about it, less than one percent of résumés really convey a message of real importance, tangible value and a crystal clear picture of the candidate.
As I was doing research on this topic, looking for resources to help others, I realized there is no place to get high quality training on just how to do-it-yourself. Sure, you can get information but what about proven, time-tested, REAL, quality, state-of-the-art how-to?
I have packed over fifteen years of experience and research into this program. While I was in technical management at a Fortune 20 company, I was volunteered by my boss to help with some team interviewing. This opportunity came during a long stretch of mass hiring, lasting several months. The hiring process became very interesting to me. It provided some great insight to human nature.
It also started me on a quest to understand why certain people stood out and were ultimately given job offers while others barely made an impression. I wondered what motivated certain questions by veteran interviewers and what answers were they looking for? After that first all-day interview session I started volunteering for every possible screening and interviewing opportunity.
I was very intrigued how some résumés gripped your attention while others found their way to the circular file at first glance. I picked the brains of numerous veterans of the hiring process. Together these people had hundreds of years of experience and knew exactly what they were looking for in a candidate.
As we phone screened people and brought them in for face-to face interviews I was amazed at how some people were so comfortable in the interview while others where a total wreck.
I worked hard to improve my skills as an interviewer. During interviews, I found myself spending a lot of time asking questions to draw out information from those I interviewed. I was surprised at the number of people that had no idea how to convey their value to me.
Soon I was on the site hiring team traveling the country, in charge of recruiting teams that were hiring for highly technical positions. I was being invited by other departments and divisions to interview one-on-one for positions that were totally out of my professional expertise.
As my career progressed I found myself in a position where hiring managers wouldn't hire unless I interviewed the candidate and gave the thumbs-up. My interview teams only hired from the top three percent. These people were always the best of the best.
I then used these skills continually over several years, while many departments started downsizing. I found myself constantly helping peers and subordinates find work. I was being sought out for my expertise in this area and spilling my guts to help others find new positions and jobs, inside and outside the company.
I used this recruiting experience and lessons from well over a thousand interviews to pack this program with all the skills you will need to get the attention you have to have to score that position you really want.
I am confident this program will work for you. There is no risk. It's free! Here's one reason why I know it will work for you.
Have you ever heard the way to succeed is to copy success?
Have you ever heard that if you do what successful people do you will get the same results?
My Point is This
I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that I don't have any special talent but by using these techniques I have never, I mean NEVER been turned down for any job that I went after. I have put every secret and bit of information that I know into this program. By following it, you will get the same results, PERIOD!
One more point before we get started.
Writing a résumé takes effort. Nobody but you can make the effort. I am going to give you every morsel of knowledge I possess and every opportunity for you to succeed. Your success will only happen, however, if you thoroughly complete every section. You are responsible for the effort. Your results are only as good as the time you are willing to put into the process.
| Do You Really Want the Success of Your Dreams? |
| If you really desire success, you must do what successful people do. If you are diligent in doing what successful people do, you will have what successful people have. |
